You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Still, Israelioil Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
